Aircall Desktop App Installation Steps:
Download the Installer:
- Windows: Download the Windows installer
- macOS:
- Intel-based Macs: Download the Intel version
- Apple Silicon Macs: Download the Apple Silicon version
Run the Installer:
- For Windows, execute the .exe file.
- For macOS, open the .dmg file and drag the Aircall icon to your Applications folder.
Launch the Application:
- Open Aircall from your Applications folder (macOS) or Start Menu (Windows).
Sign In:
- Enter your Aircall credentials to access your account.

- Visit the Aircall Dialer on Chrome Web Store and click "Add to Chrome".
Pin the Extension:
- After installation, click the puzzle piece icon in the top-right corner of Chrome.
- Click the pin icon next to Aircall Dialer to keep it visible in your toolbar.
Sign In:
- Click the Aircall icon in the toolbar.
- Log in with your Aircall credentials.
Configure Settings:
- Click the Aircall icon again and select "Settings".
- Adjust preferences such as number highlighting and local number formats.
