EngageBay allows you to make the chat pop up on your web page when a button or text link is clicked on.

To do that,

i. Go to the Live Chat dashboard.
ii. Under Chat Widget, scroll down to Show Only On Event Trigger.
iii. Select Yes from the drop-down menu and add the following code to the button or text link where you want to trigger the chat pop-up.
iv. Once done, click Save Changes.
