Please follow the below steps to export contacts.

1. Please go to contacts 

2. Select the contacts that you want to export.

3. Click on bulk action

4. Select "Export to CSV"

An email with the CSV file will be sent to the admin/owner of the account. Sometimes the email gets landed in the spam/junk folder.
