EngageBay enables you to seamlessly add the call scripts based on specific criteria to use while calling clients.
Setting up call script is pretty straightforward.
i. Click on your Account Avatar in the upper right corner.
ii. Go to Preferences > Gadgets.
iii. Once you click on Gadgets, locate for Call Scripts and click on the Enable button.
iv. Click on Add Call Script button on the top right, enter the name for the call script, enter the content in the template box provided and select the users whom you want the call script to be visible and click on the save button to save it.
