Here are the instructions to duplicate the form.
  • Please click the 3 dots to the right of the form
  • Select Duplicate from the menu that appears 
  • Enter the name of the form and click on the Submit button
  • The form will be duplicated
Note: This feature is available on the Growth and Pro plans.
