To make calls from with in Engagebay you need to integrate with with any third-party apps like Twilio, RingCentral, Plivo, VoxValley, JustCall, Africa's Talking, Exotel, and MightyCall. Here are the instructions to integrate

 

1. Please click the profile picture on the top right and select Preferences-->Gadgets and enable the service provider.

2. Once done, please click the profile picture on the top right and select Account Settings--> Integrations-->SMS and enable the service provider
